Chicken & Brown Rice Casserole
A savory chicken dish that will soon become a staple at your house.
Ingredients
Directions
- In a 9x13 dish", mix cream of mushroom soup, water, uncooked rice and dry onion soup mix.
- Clean chicken breast and remove any excess fat.
- Place chicken on top of rice mixture.
- Sprinkle tops of chicken with lemon pepper.
- Cover and bake at 375° F (190° C) for 45 minutes.

Too much sodium for me....I would leave out the onion soup mix, add fresh cut onions, and a little chicken powder...and make it over....
