I am 25 and married. I used to in fantastic condition through high school and half of college until I had my shoulder surgery. After that I have struggled majorly to keep consistent with my workout due to numerous distractions, temptations and pain. I graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a degree in health and exercise science. I was also a certified personal trainer and a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the national strength and conditioning association. But sadly after training many people i took up two jobs and later left the profession a year and a half ago and now I am no longer my fit self. So I am here to redeem myself and retake my pride. Good luck to all with your goals.

Goal#2= 190pounds. My freshman year weight and healthy weight
