Hmmmm I thought I had already done this but apparently not. I am a 34 year old mother of a super spastic, smart, athletic 3.5 year old. My husband and I have been married for 4.5 years. I have never been petite, I am 5'11 and I was an athlete growing up but I was always in shape. I used to do sport catalog modeling! (Those days are long gone) In college I went thru a seriously abusive relationship that caused me to turn to food. I still stayed in good shape but did revert quite a bit to food and now that I am no longer active the weight started to creep on. Well after I had my son I lost all of my baby weight and an additional 10 lbs. However I was diagnosed with PPD and put on antidepressants that caused my weight to balloon 40lbs. Well now I am fed up with the weight and off my meds and ready to be the hot mom at the soccer games! My biggest goal is to lose this weight by next August which will be my 35th birthday. I need to lose this weight to keep up with my son and participate in all of his activities, I refuse to be the mom on the sideline!
