Hi...my name is Sarah. I signed up for this because i have the food diary app on my G1 phone. It offered to link me to this site and automatically updates my food diary for me so i thought what the heck, it's worth a try. I really like the graph...the last time i did my health plan being able to visualize my weight loss really helped! As for the diet I am on...i used to write everything i ate in a food diary; i track my calories, carbs, protein, fat, and exercise (beyond my daily activities). After a while it got tedious to write everything out....I just got this phone and having a digital diary has really helped me stick to tracking everything on a daily basis.
From January 2008 to April or May 2008 I lost about 30 pounds. I was sooooo close to my goal weight. Unfortunately, i suck at stress and i lost my motivation, stopped exercising, and reverted back to my old eating habits. Towards the end of the year i gained most (if not all) of it back. So here I am again...i have the same goal, same time frame, just a different year. I really hope to reach my goal this time and stick with it. Hopefully this site can help me get to 120-125 by my 25th birthday!!!!
