I am in my mid forties with an adult step-son, a teenage boy and a teenage girl. I never struggled with my weight until after my children were born. Although I still managed to keep pretty thin until a few years ago. I attribute my weight gain mostly to stress and age. I actually have to work to get trim now. LOL
