This group is for anyone woman going through menopause. Ive realized, since going through menopause, that women are not taken seriously. Menopause changes you in ways that no man could understand. By living a healthy lifestyle, eating right and exercising, you can lessen the symptoms. We can all share our experiences through this life change.
