My name is Chantel, and I am a trying to live a healthier life for year 2009 onward. I am 23 years old, and just gave birth to my daughter. I have gained 60lbs in the last 4-5 years, and I need to lose weight ASAP! Summer is soon approaching, and I don't want to have to buy a new set of clothes or be depressed while shopping. I am tired of not being happy with my weight, and it's time for me to do something about it. While in University, that is where I gained most of my weight. I was constantly eating while listening to lectures. I eat when I am bored, I eat on the go too often, fast food restaurants have been my down fall.
It has only been 3 days since starting my diet and exercising at the gym, but I feel better already. This may be one of the hardest things I will ever have to do...but I am confident that I will succeed in achieving my goal.
I have gained so much weight that I don't take pictures with my daughter. I want to lose weight so that I can be happy, enjoy moments with my daugther, and live a better life!
