Hello! I am 27 years old and I've been married for 4 years. My main motivation to lose weight is to get back to a place where I feel good about how I look and also to get my body ready to have a safe and healthy pregnancy in the near future(hopefully). I also have a vacation coming up in September, this is a great motivation to get in shape! I started a new job about 10 months ago as an enrollment advisor, so an office job. I had always worked in the restaurant field, as a manager for about 5 years, so I was used to being on my feet for 10-12 hours a day. Sitting all day was an awesome change but also a change that made me gain weight. I gained about 8-10 pounds in the first 6 months. A 'Biggest Loser' event started at work that got me started and kept me motivated to lose that weight. The biggest loser program went on from the beginning of January to the end of February. In that time I lost almost 8 pounds, I've lost almost 5 pounds since the program ended. I've been stuck in a rut for about a month, I will lose a pound one week and then gain it back the next week. I know that the closer I get to my goal weight, the harder it will be to lose, but it does get hard to stay motivated. I have about 6 more pounds to get down to my goal weight. My routine is to enter everything that I eat, and work out on my lunch break at work four days a week. This allows me to get two hours (30 min/4 days) of work outs in each week and still be able to get home to my husband and my dog every evening. Hopefully I'll be able to stick to my plan and lose those last 6 pounds. Good luck everyone!
