I thought I was pretty good. I forgot to grab a yogurt before I left to workout so I stopped at McDonalds for oatmeal. I made my lunch at home and packed grapes, cheese, triscuts and turkey sausage bites. I wasn't hungry the rest of the day. I am getting hungry at night. I had a cup of apple sauce. I also drank tea alll day. so I am back on track. Tomorrow I work out at 6:00am I think I'm gonna try buckwheat pancakes....maybe

Well, today started out good then went downhill. I didn't think. Idid well until I went to my meeting. I was feeling stressed because of the snow, I was worried of the snow covered roads going toward Ann Arbor. Anyway my meeting was great and quite informative then I came home and found a bag of tomtits and salsa, and well.... that was it. I had the whole jar of Salsa and lots of chips. So now I am writing how I feel so I remember this and won't do it again. I did this without thinking and making my choice. I feel full and uncomfortable. have no idea how I will feel tonight or in bed or tomorrow morning. I made a cruddy choice and I hope I don't do this again. Tomorrow is another day. the end

I feel very good about my weight loss. Quite surprising to me. I am staying focused and keeping my eye on the prize. I am feeling good about my goals one of which is being able to buy clothes in Glasgow and beyond. So so far so good. I am looking forward to my continued weight loss and my changing habits.
Today I am having 2 different get togethers and at both of them I am going to serve fruit, veggies,and nuts. I'm going to try a few "fat secrets" receip So, I am hoping to continue my success and feeling good and work o out at least 4 days this next week.

It was a good day. I am thinking of eating before I put anything in my mouth. I tried a Jimmy Johns sub today. It was pretty good. Before I ate any of it I decided to cut it into 3rds. I threw away i/3 of the sandwich. Then I had a bag of chips and threw away about 1/2 of the chips/ Same thing with the beer. It tasted good, but I couldnt finish it. So I am thinking a little bit more than I used to. I have a long way to go but I am beginning to see what I CAN do to eat better.

Today was that one day in my week where I goofed off. I knew what I was going to have a BLT and hash browns. So, I just went with it. I don't want to feel guilty. So I didn't. I know I will get back up tomorrow. Tomorrow is Saturday and I will be on the right track. not to worry. I know it. I also know that when I get hungry I can get a piece of gum or fruit from the fridge. So I an beginning to think ahead. I am proud of myself for that. I just want to keep my focus. I am so looking forward to Scotland and I also want to be able to walk up 6 flights of stairs and be able to buy some new clothes,
