First I have to say that I went out for Chinese for dinner and I was pretty proud of myself I was dreaming of having Egg Foo young but when I got there I decided to have Sushi. That is a prety big deal for me. Because I do love egg foo young or Sweet and sour chicken. Anyway, I may had eaten too much I am not sure but I do know I made a better choice. the only downfall for me was I had egg drop soup, I don't think that was real bad but I had those darn chow mien noodles. I should NOT have had them but I did. Then I had an awesome chocolate chip cookie. I know I made 2 bad choices but I am proud of what I DID today. I have a long way to go and I know I have to learn the good habits all over again.
Today I did really good. With the Breakfast and lunch . I just split my breakfast into my lunch. I got a little hungry later in the day so I had a tangerine. I have to get into the habit of going to the fridge instead for the crackers and chips. So I am thinking before eating. I feel full right now and this is one of the reasons I feel that I need this program. I would like to be able to eat the smaller meals.

I am now ready again. What I like about this site is that I am not the only one who keeps trying. I feel better exercising. I am looking forward to wearing the same size, all of the time. I want to be able to go into a store and pick something off the rack and try it on and have it look good. The hardest part in this will be learning how to eat 6 small meals instead of 3 big ones. I know when I eat a big dinner i am so full i am uncomfortable. so, my goal is 30 lbs. I know it will be difficult but I think I can do it this time. I've been through hell and if I can make it through that stuff I can do this. I am hoping that when I go to Scotland I can buy a great sheep skin coat or jacket. so I am going to work at this.

I havent written in a few days, Im so tired when I get home. As much as i love my job I know my days are numbered. Anyway....I have been [paying attention to when I am feeling full and do I really need to eat. So, i had only one cup of soup...and im full....bad news Ifinished off the apple turnovers tonight. they were soooo good. I have to remember NOT to buy them again. So,other than that...i have to focus on NOT eating school lunches. I also like eating early like around 5:00 ish.
