Meg and Kurt just left.Dinner was nice. I thought the macaroni and cheese was over done. kind of disappointed but I gave it to meg. the cookies were great I ate 4 of them and gave them to meg and kurt. I am pretty proud of myself. I may have had too many cookies but I feel okay with that. I will either swim tomorrow or do the bike. probably swim. I feel great when I am done.

Good week...watching as closly as I can. I am still going out for dinner or lunch and I stop as soon as I feel full. I lost 1.4 lbs. this week so that is great for me. I do have to try to workout more often, I didnt work out at all this week except with susie. Meg and kurt are coming to pick up the couch and have dinner. Mac and cheese and I may make some cookies. I may work out....if I get everything else done I'll go after.

I think I am doing better. I am cautiously optimistic. I am being carefulwith my breakfast and lunch. I am not eating school lunch as often as last year. If I go off I try not to go waaaaaay off. Plus...I get full soooo fast now. I do wish I would like to cook. I think my diet would be much better. It os going to be a busy weekend. goin out for dinner tomorrow with Meg and Bevin and Breakfast the next
morning. I know what Im having for breakfast and I know that I will have a fish dish tomorrow. that is my plan.....i hope I stick to it.

I am learning from my mistakes.....I did VERY good yesterday then for dinner I had a chicken Quesidilla from Jims Galley. It was VERY good however, It had onions and peppers. OhOH my stomach was killing me. AS good as it was I would orsder it next time without the onions and peppers. AND I cant have wine before 5pm. things I learned yesterday. I didnt work out yesterday and wont work out today. Ive got to work on my house. Just cleaning the kitchen and birdcage and stuff like that.

It was a good day . It was a lazy day but a good one. I watched my shows this morning, then went grocery shopping then a great swim. I MADE dinner today. I tried making Risotto with asparagus and baked chicken with whole wheat bread crumbs and parmesan cheese. the risotto was pretty good, I split the chicken with barry and brady. I had dessert a chocolate lava cake. 150 calories. I don;t like cooking for myself....I took a stab at it tiday.
