Well, today started out good then went downhill. I didn't think. Idid well until I went to my meeting. I was feeling stressed because of the snow, I was worried of the snow covered roads going toward Ann Arbor. Anyway my meeting was great and quite informative then I came home and found a bag of tomtits and salsa, and well.... that was it. I had the whole jar of Salsa and lots of chips. So now I am writing how I feel so I remember this and won't do it again. I did this without thinking and making my choice. I feel full and uncomfortable. have no idea how I will feel tonight or in bed or tomorrow morning. I made a cruddy choice and I hope I don't do this again. Tomorrow is another day. the end
