I am giving it all I got this time!!!!
You're taking a great first step by finding some motivating people who have been where you are.
You can do it... the first and most important thing is that you chose to start, the second is that you follow through. Set acheivable goals and start making the changes in your life to reach them.
We all have days, sometimes weeks where we struggle/falter. You just gotta pick back up where you left off and start again.

anyone tried the Ahh Bra?
I've not tried them... they sound too good to be true. I expect they'll come out in stores cheaper sometime soon as most things eventually do.

Looking for buddies for encouragement
I joined a long time ago and then lost my motivation due to some things that happened in my life.
Just started back up again myself and would love to have some buddies as well.
I also have 40-50 lbs I'd like to lose.

Rewards for Success
An occasional splurge is an ok thing. When I've been going strong and hit a plateau I always allow myself a "treat". My family also always goes out to lunch on Sunday afternoon and I give myself a little more freedom that day. I think our bodies need a little bit of variety to keep them more efficient.
I had a friend at work on WW who hit a plateau who just couldn't get past it. I suggested to her that she have a day over the normal points that her body was used to and Bingo... big weight loss that week. From then on anytime she hit a plateau she did the same w/good results. Was fun to watch her enjoy her weight loss and the discovery that our bodies need a little variety to allow the loss to happen.

Zumba ur ass away!
I too have the Zumba cd's and need to get started back on them again. They are so much fun when I actually take the time to do them. One of these days I'll get the courage to go to a real class again once I feel more comfortable w/the moves and my body image.
