My name is JP, and I'm 32. I've been gaining weight pretty constantly for the last few years, but I packed on about 30 pounds just in the last 12 months. When I started this diet I was as heavy as I've ever been at 234, and I just decided that I've had enough.

Since starting my diet, I'm getting used to counting calories, and am starting to look at carbs, fiber, protein, and fat that is in just about everything I eat. I'm not where I'd like to be on knowledge yet, but I'm getting there.

I also joined a gym recently, and I've been going at least once per day, sometimes twice. I have a very aggressive weight loss goal, and I plan on hitting it as soon as my body will let me.

I'm on this site 2-3 times per week, and I'm always logging meals and exercise from my phone. I'm willing to support anyone who needs it, and I'd like a little support as well. It's hard joining a gym where everyone looks like Greek gods, but I just happen to feel like Budda.

Send me a message! I'd love to talk to you!

How late is too late to eat dinner??
It's not when you eat, but what you eat. Be sure to avoid fats and carbs as much as possible before going to bed, and to load up on protein. Protein before bed will help your body get into a rhythm of burning calories while you sleep, as opposed to carbs which will get turned into sugar and stored in the fat while you sleep. Your choice Wink
