I am a 36 year old mom of 3 beautiful babies. I have ALWAYS been fat and always had low self esteem. I had gastric bypass surgery in 2005 and went from 415 pounds down to 267 and then just stopped losing. I felt so good about myself and body for the first time ever. Now, it has gotten to the point where I have to work much harder to lose the weight and I realize that I have no idea how to really get it off and keep it off. I have gained back a little weight now and feel like I am as fat as I used to be even though I am not even close! I hate my body again and need to do something about this once and for all! I want my kids to learn to be healthy now so they don't have to struggle later!
It seems that getting past the 15 lb loss mark is very difficult for my body to do. I lose fast up to that and then...nothing... So... when I get passed that mark I will buy a new pair of shoes! :) ACCOMPLISHED!!

NEW GOAL - 9/14/10 - I am currently wearing a size 20-22 top and 18 jeans. I am making the goal to be able to buy a size 16 (or smaller) dress for a Christmas party I go to each year. My plan - keep eating the way I am and start a new excercise routine. My reward- seeing people I haven't seen in a year and looking HOT!!! :)
