I am married and have 3 wonderful children. I slowly started packing on the pounds after I had my 3rd child. I lack motivation. I have tried diet after diet and I just can't seem to stick with them for longer than a month. Either I get bored or I don't get the results I think I should have so I quit. I can not get below 195 so I am constantly bouncing back and forwardth between 195-210 lbs. I feel like I'm on a roller coaster. But I'm NOT going to give up!!!!! I can't I have to get healthier for my husband, my children, and most of all MYSELF!!
