So I'm 28yrs old. Divorce with 2kids. Back in June 2012 I hit my heavyest 295lb. I just started little cutting out. But in July I really pushed myself. So at first I just cut my biggest weakness that is soda and sweets. Then on Aug.9 I joined this website. I had gotten down to 268lb doing no exercise or real dieting. So I said if I lost that much weight doing nothing just drinking water and still was eating. Then imagine if I worked at it. Then in Oct 2012 I had gotten down til 246lb. But then I fell off track. So I got back up to 267lb. So on Jan. 26,2013 I decidde no more. So here I am now. I have been fighting with weight my whole life. This time to change and keep it off.
