If you have a mouse with a scroll wheel, press and hold the ctrl button on your keyboard and at the same time, turn the scroll wheel on your mouse upward. Viola! The text in your browser will get bigger including the text that isn't yours. No need for all caps anymore.

Just gave up a rather significant Diet Coke habit. I only had very minor headaches, but I was really dragging for about 3 days. All is better now but I get cravings all the time. Water gets old for me. Why is it so hard to find something with no calories and no caffeine that tastes good?

Diet Sodas
I drink a lot of Diet Coke. I've still lost a fair amount of weight. I know that drinking so much of it probably isn't ideal, but I'd rather concentrate on loosing weight first and then the Diet Coke/Caffeine thing rather than taking them both on at the same time.

Blanket statements like: "anything diet is bad" are never true.
