Even being big I usde to have a life. I was a metalhead, into bar hoping, chain smoking, and a moshpitting free spirit. But since i worked as a right hand to my dad's business, work became life. All day i sit in a desk and type at my computer, or talk on the phone. Work is very mundane, but very stressfull during deadlines. im used to it. But its another excuse not to have any diet or exercise. Work takes most of my time and mind. If i do have free time, im too tired to have fun with friends and i just waste away life watching tv. I DONT WANT TO BE A LOSER ANYMORE.

Its my dream to go to South Korea, Japan or Paris in this lifetime (hopefully visit one place before i turn 28), and see and do things i only see on tv/movies. I dont know what my future would be or how i really want it to be , but the thought of traveling to those places is what keeps me going. I already saved enought for 1 trip, but im embarrased to book a plane ticket. I might not fit one seat and have the embarrasment of paying for two. also I cant walk beyond 2 blocks. If i go anywhere further i gotta have a ride taking me there. I dont wanna ruin my trip if i go looking this big and have everybody freakin looking at me all the freakin time. So i plan to be fit, loose the excess weight, and emotional baggage that comes with it. I need to get off my ass , do what i have to do.

I quit smoking (since May 2009). Drinks occasionaly. Learning Korean & Japanese on spare time. Music is my life. I cant live without water and music. I would like to have more friends. Im a bit of antisocial. I only have a few crazy but true friends. I hope to find some here too. Support from other people like me would be a great help.

chocolate cravings?
This is tried and tested. Only downside is you have frequent trips to the bathroom. With any craving, chug down 2 to 3 glasses of water. When craving comes back, chug another 2 to 3 glasses. Its my immediate solution to pesky cravings. Its what i used to stop smoking. and im using water to help me loose weight. I usually have 1 ltr of bottled water on hand whenever i know im gonna encounter food or a cigarrete.also its also good for your skin. Hope it works for you. Good luck.

Anyone need to lose over 100LBS???
What a relief to find people like me. I also felt alone, being big as i am. Im about 300Lbs now. Im not really sure since i never wanted to know what i weight, so if there are people who'll ask (you know, meannies who just want to ask the numbers), i can say straight "i dont know, its a mistery." since i really wont know. I have been obese since i was 11 yrs old. I always felt im another person in my body, and never saw myself as "the fat person". Like im just wearing a costume and that it isnt really the real me. You can say i was in denial. But now i cant deny it away anymore. Im already 26 now. I have ignored my weight all those years. All those years i could have counted boyfriends ;-D , or go any place i wanted without fear of being ridiculed. Well i say it isnt to late. Im gonna do this now that im still young. Now i want to do a lot of things with life that i never got to do. So im trying hard to to live, and live to the fullest. Im hoping with the droping of Lbs, i can drop other things holding me back. Thank goodness for this place. Hope all you guys take me as a friend. We can do this Smile
