STARTED WEIGH LOSS WITH DR. RAMOS GUIDANCE LAST AUG. 18, 2010. GAVE ME "DUROMINE 30 MG" FOR 30 DAYS FOR WEIGHLOSS MAINTENANCE. DECIDED TO STOPPED TAKING DUROMINE SEPT. 8, 2010 DUE TO EFFECT ON SLEEP, AND LACKED SELF DISCIPLINE DUE TO STRESS FROM WORK. ALSO STARTED CHAIN SMOKING AGAIN AFTER BEING ABLE TO QUIT FOR 2 YEAR & 2 MONTHS (SINCE MAY 2008).

WENT FOR A CHECK UP LAST OCT. 1, 2010-FRIDAY. DR. RAMOS SAID FROM 167 KG IM DOWN TO 161.5 KG. IM NOT SURE IF ITS CORRECT AND IF I DID LOOSE THAT MUSCH WEIGHT, SINCE IM NOT SURE IF THEY MEASURED MY WEIGHT PROPERLY THE 1ST TIME I WENT FOR THE CHECK-UP, IM HEAVIER THAT THE MEASUREMENT THEY HAVE AVAILABLE ON THE METAL SCALE SO THEY JUST ADDED THE ASSUMED EXTRA WEIGHT OR SOMETHING. WELL I'LL KNOW FOR SURE THE NEXT TIME THEY WEIGH ME. IF IT KEEPS GOING DOWN IT MUST BE TRUE HOPEFULLY. IM DOUBTING THIS BECAUSE I DONT FEEL MUCH CHANGE IN MY WEIGHT. THE DOCTOR SAID ITS NORMAL THAT I WONT FEEL THE WEIGHT LOSS AT FIRST. WELL ILL JUST SEE ON MY NEXT CHECK UP ON OCT. 30.


I PLAN TO LOOSE 10 KG BY OCT. 31, 2010. HOPE I HIT THE TARGET WEIGHT. AND ILL TRY TO QUIT CHAIN SMOKING AGAIN. ITS QUITING "CHAIN SMOKING" AND NOT COLD TURKEY, CAUSE I KNOW I PROBABLY CANT DO THAT. I STILL SMOKED 1 CIGARETTE ON UNAVOIDABLE INSTANCES ONLY. I DIDNT WANT TO SAY I'LL GO COLD TURKEY CAUSE I KNOW I'LL SLIP UP AND BRAKE THAT PROMISE. I KNOW I WONT FINISH SOMETHING IF I PROMISED TO DO IT BUT KNOW IN MY INNER MIND THAT I CANT DELIVER. SO I ONLY SMOKED WHEN I CANT ABSOLUTELY HELP CRAVING TO LIGHT UP. TIMES LIKE WHEN IM SERIOUSLY FRUSTRATED ABOUT SOMETHING (RATHER THAT CONTEMPLATE MURDER, I LIGHT UP), OR LIKE WHEN THE WHOLE COUNTRY GOT HIT BY TYPHOON MILLENIO AND IM TRYING TO SWIM HOME IN FLOOD WATER UP TO MY ARMPITS, WITH UNIDENTIFIED FLOOTING SH*# EVERYWHERE. I JUST CONSIDERED THOSE TIMES SPECIAL EXCUSED-TO-SMOKE TIMES, AND AFTER THOSE I DINT HAVE MY DAILY CHAIN SMOKING CRAVING ANYMORE. BUT SINCE THE BUSINESS I HELP MANAGE IS FACING DIFFICULT TIMES, I BECAME FIDGETY AND SHORT TEMPERED A LOT DUE TO STRESS. WHEN THAT STARTED I WAS BACK TO MY CHAIN SMOKING HABIT AGAIN. BUT I PLAN TO QUIT AGAIN. I DONT WANT TO BE CONTROLLED BY MY ADDICTION. I CONQUERED IT ONCE, ILL DO IT AGAIN. I CAN DO THIS. I CAN LOOSE WIGHT AND SLOWLY QUIT SMOKING AGAIN. I NEED ALL THE SELF CONTROL I CAN MUSTER. I CAN DO THIS. I WILL DO IT.

What i ate today.


breakfast = nothing
brunch = 1 cup baked macarroni (yumyum )

lunch = canteen food sucks, but since i cant cook for my own
lunchbox (because i cant cook)....

a. 1 pc meatball in suspicious yellow sauce, and
half of my sister's share
(i emotionally blackmailed her into giving it to me)


b. 3 cups rice
c. 1 1/2 pc of longganisa
(again the 1/2 was ehemm... given by my sister)

Dinner = its 6.51 pm and i havent had it yet. Gotta work long
hours tonight so im guessing im gonna eat what i
can get my hands on when i get home. (hope the dogs
are out back).


Extent of exercise.

=occasional trips to bathroom
=typing on laptop,mouse clicking,
=stretching
=blinking



Fridays sucks. I have to finish work deadline till 1:00 am. Too stressed out to think or do anythin else but type (if i want to finish it by 1:00 am). Sanity and self control goes out of the window during fridays. I just have to pick it up again tomorrow like always.
