-Chocolate Vitatops (100 calories)
-JellO Mousse Tempatations, Dark Chocolate (60 calories)
-Hot chocolate: you can buy "diet" mix or make your own (cocoa powder, splenda, skim milk)
-A small piece of dark chocolate

You could also try the 100 calorie packs that are out - all kinds of chocolate. I especially like the Nabisco Chips Ahoy thin crisps and the Keebler Fudge Stripes. Just enough to take the edge off!

I love the Quaker Rice Cakes - Chocolate Crunch, lightly toast them with 1/2 tsp of peanut butter on top.

pretty much what everyone already said. or a few (and i mean few) m&ms, chocolate flavored coffee, or sugar free coffee syrup, um... i'm partial to a hershey kiss or two melted in my mouth...
alternately, can try a piece of fruit or some sugar free gum and see if that takes the sugar need away.

but don't try to FIGHT the craving. if you want something, and you spend the whole day trying to avoid it, you're much more likely to eat everything else in sight (i'll eat this turkey to avoid the chocolate i want, etc etc) and then still eat the chocolate anyway =)

Sugar/Fat free chocolate pudding by Jell-O, use Skim milk, would never know it's sugar/fat free! 1/2 c. serving has 70 calories.

I like M&Ms for chocolate fixes. I work with both my parents and my brother and we all love M&Ms (and surprisingly we're all thin)so we have a HUGE XXL bag of M&Ms from Sams Club here. Used to be in my desk but I moved it to my mom's. They are like 130 cal for a 1/4 cup. I find that I only need a few to satisfy my craving. So usually on Monday I'll measure out my 1/4 cup and make it last the week. I've heard that semi-sweet choc chips are good for snacking, but I keep forgetting to check the package out.

I have an Atkins Milk Chocolate Delight shake. It has only 1 net carb and 160 calories and 15 g of protein. It always satisfies my chocolate craving which is great because I am only allowed 20 carbohydrates in the Induction Phase of Atkins.

How can all of these suggestions be right? Atkins doesn't allow things like flour, or corn startches, and chocolate!!! Are you kidding me? I beg to differ on a lot of these choices unless you are in Phase 4

tinkyluvsron, this post was submitted for weight watchers I think. If you need some chocolate ideas, I would say diet swiss miss hot cocoa (3 carbs) or some homeade hot chocolate. There is sugar free bakers chocolate, a TON of sugar free candies at places like K-mart and CVS, and even atkins shakes and bars are great for getting rid of cravings. We can also have jello cups- sugar free.

This is tried and tested. Only downside is you have frequent trips to the bathroom. With any craving, chug down 2 to 3 glasses of water. When craving comes back, chug another 2 to 3 glasses. Its my immediate solution to pesky cravings. Its what i used to stop smoking. and im using water to help me loose weight. I usually have 1 ltr of bottled water on hand whenever i know im gonna encounter food or a cigarrete.also its also good for your skin. Hope it works for you. Good luck.

I really enjoy the Fiber One Oats and Chocolate bars. They are very filling and satisfy that chocolate crave.
