I stopped coming here for a long time because the new browser I'm using didn't seem to work with FS. It's working fine, now, so I'm going to start using this fantastic tool again :)
I've started running, but right now it's only about once per week because my running partner does other stuff and sometimes doesn't feel like going... Ah, well.
Circuit training is in order. I've written up a daily schedule so that should help things.

Ugh... whenever I feel thinner, I end up having gained weight! Oh, well. I'm not giving up! Running today, also working out a circuit training routine for when it's too rainy to run. Even so, there's a spot near my house that's perfect for running (at least it will be until I'm in better shape and can run further) and I might just consider doing it in the rain!

As yesterday was preparation for and today was Yom Kippur, I'm not 'counting' them. Except step-wise, for the challenge.
I really don't feel like entering all that stuff in... and besides I know for one hundred per cent certainty that I did not overdo it!

Yay, down 1 lb!
So, it's not actually a pound in one day... had to weigh in for a challenge and I assumed I was the same as a few days before! And at the time I couldn't access a scale without waking people (which I did not want to do!)
Anyway, it's a small weight loss, but I'm fairly certain it's not one of those 'normal fluctuations' that people talk about... since I've lost some inches in my legs...
My lower thighs (just above the knee) are 17 again when they were 17.5 and my calves are 14 (L) and 13.5 (R) respectively... they've always stayed around 14, so yeah, I'm happy ^_^
Waist is about 28 down from 29 from a couple of weeks ago.
I should post all my measurements/goals on my profile page... just because it'll keep me motivated...
Perhaps more weight training today since my arms aren't sore like they should be (secondary soreness (second day soreness) means the muscles have been used and are repairing)... well, my back is a bit, but not my arms.

Felt terrible today. From about 12 to 6.30 I had terrible stomach pains... which I found to be gas, so I took something for that.
No exercise, though, really... felt totally yuck.
Oh, well. Tomorrow, tomorrow!
