Started running seriously. I'm actually getting to where I really, really enjoy it, aside from the fitful start. C25K is awesome! Especially with the coaching podcasts to listen to!

I know how to eat only when I'm hungry; now to learn to stop when I'm full!
I'm trying to cut out all added fats (oils, butters, processed nuts, etc.) and am doing okay, but not excellent.
I wish I would have exercised more today, but I didn't get much sleep and I just didn't feel like it :(
I'm trying to push myself, but sometimes my self just won't move!
Running tomorrow...
Hopefully I'll do better on the 'what goes in' end of things.

Oh, well... Challenges have gone neglected...
Doesn't help things that I've forgotten my pedometer for weeks in a row and now the battery's dead...

The spaghetti noodles aren't really representing spaghetti noodles. I actually had baked ramen noodles, which had no fat in them, called Panda Noodles, but I couldn't find the nutrition facts anywhere and since it's 10.30 at night, I didn't really feel like running down to the kitchen to get the package and check everything!
All in all, I'm surprised at how well I did today. I'm not hungry, and didn't deprive myself at all today.
Running was excellent today. I had to force myself for the second run around, and I was going to quit then, but my running partner said "No, let's go one more time!" and so I did. I couldn't run the whole way, had to walk a bit, but I'm very satisfied. :)
Also, I'm noticing a difference in my muscle tone due to weight training and that's making me very happy.
I'm a solid size 8 at the moment, which is nice. I don't know if I've lost any pounds per se, but I don't really care; I feel fantastic :)
