I didn't record my food for yesterday and today because there was just so much that wouldn't be in the system! That's what comes of being vegan and eating home-made, non-processed foods all the time :P
But no worries! I'm not going to let holiday food (yesterday evening began the Jewish New Year (Rosh HaShannah) and it ended this evening) make me eat unhealthy! I'm going to do what I can to keep exercising and eating right, without depriving myself of the foods that are all part of the lovely holiday celebrations.
I did do at least 15 minutes of exercise yesterday - in the form of running around doing housework. I'm definitely counting that! Also, I did do the required 25 crunches :)
I'm going to do TBLCG tonight, and stretches - which I have been missing (in more ways than one) due to the business of everything.
Also, I made sure to eat a salad today and tried to eat a lot of beans with my other food to fill myself up nicely without getting a ton of bad-calories involved.

I ate terribly today... except for dinner, which wasn't so bad... still not great, though.
I was in 'town' for most of the day... shopping... boy, that's a lot of walking! I have no doubt it was exercise; my legs are killing me and that's not something that happens easily, I don't think. After all, as far as walking goes, I have pretty good endurance, etc.
I did my 25 crunches.
I'm counting the shopping as my 15 minutes of exercise today... I mean, at least 15, of course it was more. I know I worked something; I'm tired and sore, and all that :)
Back to stretching, cardio, etc. schedule tomorrow!
After that, holidays... I might get a little off track... hopefully not!

I'm finally getting running stuff together... so any input would be fantastically appreciated.
I did my 25 crunches today, but I just didn't have it in me to do anything else. Rough day, kinda.

Okay, so I gained 2 pounds... I don't know if I'm just not moving enough (which I guess is possible... I haven't really been doing any aerobic (cardio) exercise - mostly just wearing out muscle, etc. I really, really want to start running, and I'm kind of trying to get my muscles stronger so I don't give out right away. Besides, I need shoes, at least!
Also, the Monthly came today, so that might be part of the gain. It's all good; I'll just do the best I can and see what comes of it :)
