I didn't record my food for yesterday and today because there was just so much that wouldn't be in the system! That's what comes of being vegan and eating home-made, non-processed foods all the time :P

But no worries! I'm not going to let holiday food (yesterday evening began the Jewish New Year (Rosh HaShannah) and it ended this evening) make me eat unhealthy! I'm going to do what I can to keep exercising and eating right, without depriving myself of the foods that are all part of the lovely holiday celebrations.

I did do at least 15 minutes of exercise yesterday - in the form of running around doing housework. I'm definitely counting that! Also, I did do the required 25 crunches :)

I'm going to do TBLCG tonight, and stretches - which I have been missing (in more ways than one) due to the business of everything.

Also, I made sure to eat a salad today and tried to eat a lot of beans with my other food to fill myself up nicely without getting a ton of bad-calories involved.
