Weight training today. Feeling much better :)
Didn't do any running, but I went for a 30 min. walk with my mom. It was nice to just
move
in the open air, talking about whatever.
Exercise:
6783 steps / 3.21 miles
Shrugs w/ 15 lb weights (endurance)
Curls w/ 15 lb weights (endurance)
Shoulder Flies w/ 5 lb weights (endurance)
Olive Salsa is my new favorite salad dressing :)

Didn't do any serious exercise today, aside from toe-ups and stuff while waiting for some soup to be done... entered all-around walking in the exercise journal because that's basically all I did; not housework or gardening or anything, just wander around a bit, get tea, etc...
5185 steps / 2.45 miles
Sick today... ugh...
Had my salad though :)
Drinking lots of water.
Eating makes my stomach hurt, though :P
I mean, I did eat, but I'll probably eat less tomorrow if I feel the same... which would be a shame, because I actually have everything I need to begin my journey into running (no pun intended)...
Also did my crunches ^^

Did 50 crunches... 2 sets of 25 with a 10-15 second break (didn't count exactly, I don't think) between.
6504 steps/ 3.07 miles today.
Lunch was a tamale and burrito (very spicy and awesome) from a local restaurant that packages them for a local co-op. Both were vegan :) They weren't entered into the database so I had to estimate... there's no real nutrition facts on the labels, either... just the ingredients.
So there you have it :)
Got my running shoes today. Might start tomorrow, later afternoon, since I have morning/afternoon plans.
