I've been overweight since I was a teenager... well, I guess it actually came on slowly from the time I was a pre-teen... as these things do.

I have wanted to loose weight ever since I came to terms with the fact that I needed to years ago... I don't know exactly when that was, only that it was!

Anyway, the plan is to not only loose unhealthy fat, but also get fit and be all-around healthy, while implementing new diet and lifestyle habits that I can keep for the rest of my life!

Oh, yeah, I'm a 20-year-old female future-collegian... who is vegan... and Jewish (of a sort, quite a long story, that, though).

Soo... yay!

WHAT items do you like in your salad?
I like

Black beans (just a handful)
Garbanzo beans (rich, so you only need a little)
Seasoned or Plain Rice Vinegar
Avocado
Avocado dressing (just avocado, a little tofu, splash of lemon juice, water)
Tofu chunks (that have been soaked in some kind of vinegar and seasonings overnight in the fridge... or just for a couple of hours... or just plain Smile )

Aaaaand... that's about it... Oh, I do like onion dressing, like the kind you can make from the onion dip packages, but not too often because I get tired of it easily Smile
