Yay, down 1 lb!

So, it's not actually a pound in one day... had to weigh in for a challenge and I assumed I was the same as a few days before! And at the time I couldn't access a scale without waking people (which I did not want to do!)

Anyway, it's a small weight loss, but I'm fairly certain it's not one of those 'normal fluctuations' that people talk about... since I've lost some inches in my legs...

My lower thighs (just above the knee) are 17 again when they were 17.5 and my calves are 14 (L) and 13.5 (R) respectively... they've always stayed around 14, so yeah, I'm happy ^_^

Waist is about 28 down from 29 from a couple of weeks ago.

I should post all my measurements/goals on my profile page... just because it'll keep me motivated...

Perhaps more weight training today since my arms aren't sore like they should be (secondary soreness (second day soreness) means the muscles have been used and are repairing)... well, my back is a bit, but not my arms.
