Need Help
Trying to follow Adkins and need and want to lose the baby weight. But don't how to adjust Adkins to my situation. I am eating better but still would like something to follow.

Need Help
I Just started back and want to lose my baby weight but am having trouble staying under 20 carbs and not be lightheaded. I am breastfeeding and plan to continue for several more months. I do fine on breakfast and sometimes lunch but then feel lightheaded and shaky so I eat poorly
. Any ideas or suggestions on how to fix this problem would be appreciated!
