Started at 314 down to 244. Im using a Low Carb and low fat diet with work out 3 to 5 days a week (Hour +) I do around 40 Mins on weights and 45 mins doing cardo. My goal is to get to about 180 by June of 2012. I'm a white male 52 years old.
