Hello! I'm Rachel from London, Ohio. I am a busy stay-at-home mother of 4 boys, ages 11, 8, 3, & 3 months. So I do not have many hobbies of my own. My hobbies ARE my children's hobbies. They are my life!
As far as weight is concerned, I gained between 60 & 80 lbs with each and every pregnancy. The least I've weighed in almost 12 years was 154 lbs, which was in December 2007. It seems like everytime I lose the weight, I would decide to have another child. Now that I don't plan on having anymore children, I'm ready to lose all the weight I've ever gained from all 4 pregnancies. I can do this, and I'm ready. I'm glad to feel part of a group working towards the same goals. It's much easier than doing it alone! So starting today, I hopped on the Atkins bandwagon. Although it was extremely easy today, I know rough times are ahead. So anyone who would like to team up, I could really use the support. And of course, I will be there to cheer you on as well!

1st goal: 170lbs
2nd goal: 150lbs
Final goal: 130 lbs

Those push-ups and crunches really do help. I'm able to do more at a time now, and I'm losing inches in my arms. Can you get an exercise ball? Walmart has them for about $16 or you can buy the kit with a workout dvd for about $25.

SLIMQUICK Cleanse
That new show they have on, I think is called the Doctors?, actually had this topic on their show yesterday. They claim it isn't needed. And that your body (mainly liver) detoxifies itself. I don't know what to believe. But someone on the show was on a detox program, which made him eat certain things. He did lose weight, but the doctors said he was basically starving himself. Who knows? They are always changing things around about health stuff. If I was you, and really wanted to do a detox program, check out the detox stuff at Walmart first. It's with the vitamins at our store. Maybe there's a way to detoxify yourself without messing up your diet. And the Betacol I'm taking is actually helping me out! So maybe that will be an option for you as well!
