I'm a geek chocolate -addicted chubby girl, trying since I've memory to lose my extra pounds! I live in Toronto with a sweet cat that has my same appetite most of the time 😁
I work in IT and most of my days I spend sitting at my desk with very little exercise 😣 but I try to go to the gym with my vision of constance 😆
I mostly eat organic; although non-strict I'm a vegetarian with an extreme love for spinach and broccoli, I cannot handle processed food since a couple of years now, my stomach simply doesn't process it properly anymore 😕 fortunately I love love to cook and I prepare every single meal of my days. I'm lactose intolerant but I do love cheese and milk 😢my stomach....again disagrees though.
I moved in Canada in 2008 and I'm alone here so often I struggle with anxiety and depression, those issues never helped my weight loss but I always thought it should not be related or I'm lost! 😨
i tried many diets, the last one - Dr Bernstein diet - it's the only one that ever worked for me, after spending Christmas alone and with depression, I gained everything back, I'm now back on it to try to lose everything again but not motivated in the same way.
I hope to find more motivation and strength in my journey going forward, I really want to lose my extra pounds and keep it off forever! 😊
I know we can do it 👊 we just need to focus on what is the most important thing : ourselves and our health!
