I am a 62 yr old woman with 3 grown daughters and 11 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. In my younger years I could eat most anything in reasonable quantities and not gain weight. Now I can not seem to eat anything without gaining. My friends think I am fine but I hate what I see in the mirror. But life is good in every other way. I have lost 17 lbs in 25 days on the HCG plan... I want to lose another 10 or 15. I have now lost 29 lbs since Nov 1st

I just wanted to say something!
I will be 69 in AUG you are very forunite up until 9 years ago I too was on no medication now I am on 9 and I hate it Yes you are lucky in many ways.
