Anyone looking for a diet buddy?
I am looking for diet buddies too. I have been saying I wanted to lose weight and get into better shape but never seem to get there. I have been working out the last 23 days( my longest commitment yet).

Food Intake
According to this site I should be consuming 2100 calories a day. I find that to be impossible. I am lucky if I reach 1500 calories a day.

I get my three meals a day in and sometimes have trouble with that. Should I be eating more snacks?

What would you recommend as yummy but healthy snacks. I have been eating Yoplait Light flavored yogurts and grapes.

I really need to lose these 70 lbs by May. I know it's kind of unrealistic but I am trying to lose as much as I can by then.
