I want to live an active lifestyle (surfing, hiking, bike riding), but am held back by my lack of energy. I'm 24 and have been overweight most of my life. I have a great personality, and love to laugh. I think I have a healthy level of self-esteem, with the exception of how I look. That's because as of today (4/01/07) I am at my highest weight of 312! My goal is to get down to 230 with a good amount of muscle. This is ideal because I am 6'3" with a large frame. I've tried many diets before, but fail due to lack of motivation.
