I have a salt free seasonings and it is garlic powder, onion powder, basil, coriander powder, papricka, parsley, black pepper. You can look in the spice aisle to get an idea of what is the ingredients. I basically made my own and use any spice that you like so you can get really creative!

How are you doing today? Please know that food is the fuel that is there for us to have a creative and enjoyable life! If you think in this way you will be able choose so many things and food is just a small piece of what life has to offer. Make a list and see how many opportunities can come of this! need help to understand my pangs and weakness
What are you eating? Sounds like your body is sad an unable to function properly, I do IF but make sure my food plan is balanced with protein and veggies along with healty fats. If you are not posting what you are eating you will not know why your are having these problems.
