It's pretty easy,take some time to navigate thru the site. I've tried other sites that get a bit higher on ratings,but I came back to this one as it's easier to add foods and exercise overall.

Don't be so hard on yourself. It's great you understand what you did wrong. Brush it off and start the day right. Don't dwell on the past, it will only make the progress harder mentally.
