I am sorry. This truely makes me sad to read this. My older sister told me one time that she never loved me when we were younger but she trying to now. I know how much that sucks. Hope things get better.

Intensity/Interval training-whose doing it and what methodology
My intervals consist of a 5 miniute warm-up followed by 1 minute sprint followed by 1 minute recover. I do this for 20 minutes, then a 5 minute cool-down.

Sallyally I am the same way. If I eat anything before I workout, I end up getting sick in the middle of it.
