Well Im in my late 30's and 5'4" with an apple body shape that I wish would go away- Ha Ha Im working on my body image emotionally but its difficult. Weight has been a problem for me the last 15 years but Im now seeing some results because I am trying to be intentional about what Im doing and making choices that support my goals. I love watching Biggest Loser and Jillian Michaels is a great fitness instructor motivator to me. My life is beautiful and full of fun and I want my physical self to match the other areas of my life that I have been working on for so long and finnally have made the breakthroughs received forgiveness and am feeling very useful and capable these days.

Im there for you too. Im 30 something homeschooling two going thru big changes and would love accountability. I also have about 50 pounds and sometimes it seems that I will just go down the same path again....But Im hoping my decsions now will keep me on a new path! Talk soon

Im taking the plunge
Very Happy I found this community because I first found it on facebook and thanks to too much downtime Im finding I like being on here reading about people and tips that I really relate to. I am in the boat of having plenty of nutritional and supplement knowledge but not a lot of inner knowledge to make anything stick except weight! Ha ha Hopefully being able to type it out and read the much needed encouragement I will be on the right road this time.

Die Hard Sports Fan!!
I love my husband so therefore I love football more than I care to admit especially my Chargers! ;0) I like to mix sweet and salt so apple slices with PB and sliced almonds or peanuts sprinkled on top. For dips instead of chips switch up for carrots broccoli or some other veggie with crunch and instead of SC try yogurt. And there is always the ever popular smaller plate makes smaller appetizers look bigger ;0) The receipes on here are also really good. Happy Sundays!
