Active duty Army 1979-1985 reservist 1985-Present. Starting my 34 year in April. Four deployments, and looks as if I am headed to Afganistan again soon. I need to get to 195 or below, very slug like. I run marathons & halfs, 5K/10K/15Ks. I am also a Govt civil servant(GS)
A lance corporal from the Marines once screamed at me to "RUN Master Sergeant RUN!" I use this phrase to get me through the tough times.
