I am 28 years old and a mom to 3 kids. I have a ten year old son and 4 yr old twin girls. I felt most comftorable when my weight was around 140, that may seem high but I am 5'9. I have been up to 218lbs. I am now back down to 189, and working toward a lower number. After I had the twins I was around 169. I think those 3yrs. of sitting home and eating did me in. Now that all the kids will be in school this year, I am also going back to school in July. I look forward to kind of having a life again. I love my family with all my heart, but some me time will defienitly be awesome.
