If you use Low Fat Shredded Chedder, 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup, and 1% skim Milk, it knocks it down to 316 Calories, 7.8 fat, 31.5 carbs, and 29.8 Protein for one serving! Not too bad if you just use reduced fat ingredients.
