IM 24 years old. 5'1 and I weigh 195 lbs. I'm extremely over weight and to be in a healthy range I set my goal to 98 lbs. Im giving my self one year to reach this goal. IM determined and goal oriented and I know I can do this. But I def need the help and support of all of you who are in the same boat as me.

Im going to eat right and exercise six days a week for 50 minutes a day. Im not on a diet im on a life style change. And to be healthy for my son and my self my life style is changing today! I got my plan and I got my goals set. And my mind set. Loosing weight feels better then any food can ever taste! Its time for me to get right and get on it. Lets go!

1st goal weight- 185 lbs

I totally understand, i was just in this boat last night. Try this: get one serving of chocolate chips (1 tablespoon i think) put the bag away! melt it and dip some fruit in it, like an apple or banana. then drink a glass of water within a few minutes don't let it linger there drink up like your chugging a bear. that way you will feel full and not need to eat more chocolate. you can also do this at other times of the day so your chocolate craving is out of the way.

I feel like you shouldn't deprive yourself just have portion control. when you get the chocolate chips out the bag you must put that bag away and get out of the kitchen. don't go back in there until the morning. I hope this helps
