Hi all..starting Ideal Protein tomorrow and am ver excited!! can anyone please give me some tips/advice on how i should follow the diet properly. I would like to lose 10kgs so any advice would be very appriciated

Hi! I'm new to this program. Can you please give me some details on how it went you you started. I am on my 3rd and I am feel so miserable. Please help! I'm ready to give up.

DONT GIVE UP!!! You can do this!!! im a little late since i just seen this post but you can do this we all can. You just eat meat vegetables and drink lots of water. fruit for snacks and you are on your way. if you get any little cravings just eat it in moderation and keep moving

cook book
The only way I can access it on my phone is by clicking a meal to log food, and then scrolling over on the top to "Cook Book". Then you can click your recipe and see the details of that recipe.
