I go on a 3 month tour starting in March. I need to lose my "love" weight. When I married my husband all we did was eat. Now we both put on 40 pounds and need to lose it. You can't bring a lot on tour, so I need to make sure I feel good in every piece of clothing.

I have this nifty habit of going on auto pilot when I eat. It is going to be hard to break. Also I avoid scales and full length mirrors like the plague.

My hope's are, to find that inner me that feels comfortable in everything, even Naked!
