Atkins Videos
Love that guy!! He has awesome "how to cook Atkins" youtube videos - bowulf is his youtube handle. I just watched 2 yesterday. 1 was chicken broccoli alfredo and the other was chicken enchilada, I think. I forgot the title of the second one but I have them saved as my favorites so I can find them when I want to make those dishes. Both are induction friendly >:0)

Tough Time of Year to be on Induction
Hi! I've been on induction since Dec 4. It's going pretty good considering this is my second time around doing the Atkins approach.

I wanted to chime in here and tell you the first time I did Atkins. I didn't hardly lose anything. I think it was 4lbs in a month of induction. But as soon as I cut out the drinks and bars, because they triggered my sweet tooth and made me even more hungry, it went pretty steady. So I don't "drink" my calories/carbs anymore. That seemed to help me. But that was a couple of years ago. This time I'm going by the book! The only carbs I try to get in now are my veggies. Had to even cut out sweeteners....they were a trigger for me :-/

If you're feeling icky try drinking some broth. It helped me....I really didn't think it would but it did. I had forgotten about the broth until I read it in one of the boards. Even after reading I still forget the little things.
