Pumpkin Treat II

Inspired by CheeseHippy's Pumpkin Treat recipe that is lower in fat while still being low in carbs.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Using room temperature neufchatel or cream cheese combine with pumpkin .
  2. Add vanilla, Splenda, seasoning and beat until smooth with a mixer.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
  4. Serve cold with a tablespoon of fat free cool whip (optional).
