I will have to say that me and FS have had a journey out of this world, but on this winding road I have learned so many things. 1) is that you have to love yourself more than anything to begin any process of change. 2) Do not try to kill yourself on pre-made diets, but find what fits best with you. 3) Be satified with the small changes and dont look for a big chance over night. 4) Be patient with yourself. I have found that all these keys have played a role in my weight loss. All in all, still live life while making the changes for the future!
