I am 28 years old and at my highest weight was 412 pounds while pregnant in 2013, which is the highest I have ever been. I had my baby in April 2013. I am doing this with my husband and plan on losing the weight quick and consistently. I am now exercising 5 days out of the week doing boxing for 20 to 30 minutes a day, walking for 40 minutes a day, and eating regular foods and counting my calories. I am motivated. I don't know how I will look when I am done, but I know that I will look good. I have been big all my life, and it is time for a change. I would say I am in a size 26/28, but that is really my "squeezing in" size. If I went true to size I would probably be in a size 28 or 30....but I don't speak of that. Wish me goodluck!
