I am a 36 year old paralegal in Louisville, Kentucky. I am the single mother of a 14 year old boy who starts high school this year, which makes me feel super old. I have an on-again/off-again boyfriend and I have two ex-husbands. Since I was 19 years old I have been bounced between 140 to 220 pounds. I've never been less than 140. My first goal is 180, a comfortable 14/16, still overweight but 20 pounds less! Then after maintaining 180 for a few weeks/months, I'll lose the last 5 pounds and maintain 175 for life. Some women may gasp when they see my GOAL is 175, but believe me, after gaining and losing the same 30-40 lbs over 5 times in my life, I will be super happy to stay steady right in the middle.
