I have just layed around and become lazy the last 10 years not exercizing or eating right and the weight has just crept up to where I don't even know myself. I have chronic pain after 20 years and 4 back surgeries,being depressed, went on disability, getting divorced after 19 yrs, then losing my income after 3 years,losing my home, going thru all my savings and 401k etc,. my animals are my godsave. I have alpacas,llamas,a Mastadane(Great Dane+Mastiff)but it is my cats that are my real earth angels. I found this website and decided this was my wakeup call. I don't have a scale anymore, but clothes will tell the true story. All these wonderful ads for miracle weight loss products, too bad nothing works, but they sure are expensive. The hardest part will be getting off my a$$ and exercising and I have 2 of the best pieces of equipment too. My guy is gone Mon -Fri so I don't have to worry about cooking. He needs to lose 50#s or so but he can stop drinking pop and drop weight. When I lose some he might get some incentive.

I'm still trying to figure out why we all lose and gain it all and more back. Why we don't catch it before it gets so high. That 1100 lb man lost so much he looked like death and has gained every bit back. now thats alot. Skinny Bitch is such a good read. We REALLY do have to change our lifestyle. we are like alcoholics 1 drink or 1 taste of bad food and we get off track maybe we should treat it like that train ourselves to stay off bad food or we must immediately get back on track or die.

New Cooking Show
thanks for that I set my dvr to record I saw it advertised and didn't realize it was going to start so soon. as sometimes new shows are advertised more than a month away.
